I found them to be very helpful whilst I was looking at the car and when I agreed to buy it, but once they had my money and I took delivery, it changed to the point that the sales person, head mechanic and the owner don't even respond to e-mails. They told me they would order a CD as it wasn't in the car, but after waiting 4 weeks then just took one from another car while I was standing there. They then told me they would order some parts for the DVD and headphones and I've have never heard back. Total waste of time which is a shame as the initial experience was pleasant.
