When looking at the car I did eventually purchase they could not do enough and were very courteous. As another reviewer has written, it was quite refreshing. HOWEVER as with other reviewers I have had the exact same problem where once the money had been taken they simply do not want to know anymore. I have been waiting for a part that was supposed to be sent to me, they fobbed me off with a blatant lie about it and incidentally I have had to chase them constantly to find out about it, they have not once contacted me, no one EVER calls back despite their endless assurance that they will. I had to chase them 3 times to find out if the car was ready for collection also. Absolutely rubbish. I would NOT recommend buying a car from here, I'd rather travel 1000 more miles for decent service than go down the road to these people.
