Non existant customer care

I was sold a faulty car which is now useless. The issue with car was known by the seller at the time of purchase and under the consumer rights the seller is liable for this issue. However when tried to contact them about it not only was man (Quaser) Aggressive and condescending in his tone but completely denied any responsibility. Since then he is apparently not available or away and the other gentleman who answers the phone has no apparent use in the company other than answering the phone. I asked him to hand over the phone to someone else but no one else works there. This guy also is unable to sell any cars. So it seems even if you wanted to buy a car you can't as there is no one there other than this guy. Yet they are open for business. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
