Right car ..WRONG DEALERSHIP
Disgraceful, rude and threatening attitude from the sales Manager Daren.. I paid a deposit and reserved a vehicle genuinely interested in . Agreed time frame with salesperson as long distance sale to carry out due diligence, settlement figure etc for my trade in , and as paid a deposit Wednesday , I would need until the weekend to test drive etc however, in under less 24 hrs the manager was forcefully pushing for immediate decision to finalise sale , threatening to sell the car from under me to someone else. Not professional, or courteous, nor taking on board I had secured the car with a deposit and was mid process in the buying cycle. I had a number of questions and details outstanding when I spoke again on Saturday (still only 48 hrs since reserving the car) he was dismissive of my genuine buying signals and again just threatening to sell the car to someone else. When I told Daren it was the right car , but I felt a crisis in confidence.with the dealership because of his attitude and I would like to speak to his superior his response confirmed the total lack of customer service and respect Quote "You can speak to him on Monday but I'm going to sell the car to someone else before then anyway " Speaking to a potential customer (who is remaining calm and polite) in this way ....Daren doesn't deserve to keep his job by most people's standards of conduct.
