After viewing several motorhomes we found the perfect one at Harvey Wilson. Jason was very patient and spent a lot of time going through everything with us. We found him to be very honest and knowledgeable and the after service was fantastic which we haven’t always had at large dealerships. Would highly recommend and definitely be back for our next one

After purchasing a motorhome and finding major issues his answer was the person he brought it from was a business man and therefore it must be OK,100%proff now this was not the case ,tried being nice ,then sent special delivery letter which Jason ignored and now going to take the matter to court ,people like Jason who owns harvey wilsons need stopping ,he needs closing down ,don't trust him.

I’m very sorry that you have felt the need to write this review given that the vehicle is under warranty and is being dealt with by the manufacturer who have been fully supportive and cooperative as we have. We have done everything we possibly can. We have been trading for nearly 30 years and pride ourselves for our impeccable after sales service. Your review is very unfair and defamatory as is the other one that you have left in a different name below.

You have ignored the special delivery letter which you received and signed for ,we also sent a copy 1st class ,we have asked for your help and basically your reply Was "the man who sold it Is a business man so it must be OK " FACT is you knew which is why you get people to come to your house ,you have my phone number if your really want to help as stated and then I will remove reviews
Seems a really nice guy but he will take you to his house not dealership,don't trust sold a van with 90% damp ,does not seem interested in helping ,special delivery letter sent and just filling in small claims paper work as our solicitor has said we would 100% win this claim ,would not recommend
