Excellent Service as usual

I have owned a Lexus RX450H for 4 years and have it regularly serviced at Lexus Hatfield. Yesterday was the major 60000 mile service, my car was collected at the prescribed time. I was kept informed throughout the day regarding progress and any additional work necessary. My car was delivered promptly fully valeted. The booking process had been very straight forward, everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful and after 45 years driving I don't think I've been better served by any dealership.
