Oil leak on sump plug

My 3008 had a recall which meant they replaced the oil. During this work they did a car check. Sent me a video of the chat stating my oil pug was leaking my need a washer. Why if they knew it was needed and took out to replace the old oil why don’t you put a washer on the plug. Do not use or trust this garage. All they want is more money off you. Do not use them
