Everything went smoothly

I recently bought a Ford Mustang, and the service was great. I dealt with David on the day, and everything went smoothly. I was pleased with the experience. I was informed that the ghost embellisher would be fitted to reduce the overall cost, which was great, but when I got home it was not itemised on the documents. I have contacted them three times and still have not received a resolution, so what would have been a 5-star experience is now a 3-star.
