Skoda octavia bodywork

I’ve used just Audi few times buying cars since they first opened, the service was great second too none from a second hand car garage. But I’m afraid the after sales service is starting fall with a certain member, I bought a second hand Skoda off there self with a few bodywork issues once driven away, are salesman Sam well he couldn’t help enough really but after going back in three times with car getting bodywork sorted something that could of been quite easily be fixed didn’t so we then got out into a higher managers hands Joe. He tried his best to try get car sorted for use but after going in again nothing really changed, corrosion still on bodywork and paintwork wasn’t great in places. All we got was a full machine polish and valet it turns out, things got out of hand one evening the way with words how I was spoken too and the stress this car has caused with garage I just can’t recommend men’s them now, like I did. There cars are good but I wouldn’t advise body shop when it can’t be done right 1st and second time.
