Misleading information published

Advert on auto trader suggested mint two owner high spec 2 owner mini cooper with full mini service history. Reality was 1 owner mini with full service history to 2017, then no history at all as sold to a company. Mis leading picture of service due in 2019, never completed by Mini. Clutch completely useless, gearbox linkage worn out, engine rough and unresponsive, gear leaver worn out, seats very worn. Cheap tires all round and virtually un driveable. Ask lots of questions before you visit this dealer. Possible a bad experience, how did they get it onto the forecourt.
