Terrible aftercare

Sold a car by Lawrence Warner Specialist Cars with a hole in the air con. Took it to them so they could have a look.. one of the guys there wanted it for two days which we wernt able to do as we care for my grandfather. The guy immediately had attitude when we told him we couldn't leave it and we wernt expecting it all to get done same day we thought it was being looked at. Started shouting at us telling us he's not doing it anymore and to get out.. whilst he stormed off and started slamming doors. Never seen a grown man act like a toddler before but there's a first time for everything. Would avoid like the plague. If you buy a car and there's issues with it be prepared to be screamed at.
