Called ahead as I was travelling over an hour to view a used Kia Rio, spoke to Alex to enquire about the service history as this was an ex lease vehicle so wanted to make sure that the warranty was still valid. When I arrived car looked good but went downhill from here car was priced at £9,350 on the lot but on auto trader for £9,100. When I asked to see service history which I was told was available and will be ready for me to view I was presented a piece of paper with a few bullet points on what they had done to the car. Sales rep Mo was good, not his fault but when a customer tells you they are travelling over and hour (costing me money in fuel and dart charge) make sure you have all the documents they have asked to see. Wouldn’t buy a car from LMC if my life depended on it.

I would just like to say I bought my new car on tueday the 30th June 2020 and was very impressed with the company.. they are very friendly, professional, and helpful...also would like to say a big thank you to BEN who helped me sort everything out.. really lovely polite man ..would definitely recommend them and buy again in the future...

He did buy the Tax for the car and give me 12 Months MOT for the car. He as well make the car clean before I pick it up. The car is amazing. Excellent company and great staff. Watch out for this con artist! They put my finance more than the price of the car and also signed my agreement without me even knowing! Now they don’t want to help me or send me documents I have supposedly signed! Stay well away!!!

This is what I call the 2 minute car company!!!!!!! I called on Saturday about a Fiat 500l to see if it was still available as I live an hour away, it was available but the guy text me back 5 minutes later to say someone had just put a deposit down 2 minutes before I called so I went away and had a look at the Fiat 500x and thought that was nice so I called on Sunday to which I was told the 500x was available spoke to Joey and explained I was an hour away but would like to test drive it so could he have it ready and was the car ready to be driven home straight away as I didn't want to drive back and collect, we arrived to be told that the 500l never had a deposit put down on it there was a confusion I explained that's ok I preferred the 500x to which Joey had said 2 minutes before I had got there someone had brought it. Disgraceful customer service what a shambles of a company they really don't care for customers, would highly NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Received a call from LMC Car Sales to say the a car was for sale. Agreed to buy it 4hrs later and 6 promised phone calls. Car sold to someone else. Pathetic time wasting liars. Grow some guts and at least inform people what's going on. STAY CLEAR they will only lie to you
