Do not part ex your vehicle, I was told that my 13 year old Mercedes which has a genuine mileage of 4900 miles on the clock, was only worth £2500. After some haggling we go this up to £3000 and £200 to be knocked off of the price of the car as well. The £200 was NOT knocked off the price so they conned me there. When I went back and it turned out that I did not have the "Mercedes Pack" that came with the car 13 years ago, they tried to tell me that this would effect the value of the car buy £400-£500. I ignored them and took my new car away. A few days later my old car was advertised at £5500.00. So much for my car not being worth anything, to make matters worse, there is a problem with the sat nav. I was told to go home and read the book. I was also told that there was a years AA cover, which has not materialised . My advice avoid them.

Just came to test drive an Audi s3 at 1:30pm on the 9th of August. After narrowing it down to 3 cars and wanting to know how well each of them drive, this was the most promising example I had seen but when asking to go for a drive was bluntly dismissed as I am assuming I was deemed a time waster for some reason. The guy told me to go drive the others and then come back, a shit salesman tactic that lost him a likely sale. I will be posting bad reviews of your company everywhere I can find the option do so. I only wanted to go for a 5 minute drive and the car was sitting at the front so there was no reorganising of the cars necessary it would have been 5 minutes of his time. The best part is that whilst looking at the car I was asked to move it by him so he could rearrange other cars in the lot which I happily did so only to then get out and ask for a test drive to be rudely dismissed. I am local and I have friends looking for cars and I will tell them not to bother with lmc. As a salesman myself I know exactly what he was doing I know the game and I would never treat a customer as he did me. I tried to ask politely and reason with him each time he said no. Probably wasted more if him time with him 'politely' telling me to fuck off. What sort of logic is it anyway asking me to test drive the others and then if I'm 'drawn back to this one' to then go for a drive Why would I be drawn back after that?!

Found the car I wanted at LMC and was delighted when the sales man Joe called to say all the finance had been sorted and the Apr was at a fantastic rate(4.5%). Whilst making the arrangements joe was helpful and called back as and when He promised. Slight issue with the car-quite trivial but I spent 10,000 on the car, the lumber support handle was missing. Joe promised to get this part and send it out to me. Sounds like a dream car sale.....let me begin.... I part exchanged a car with some finance outstanding on it which I researched and is quite normal. So you would think a garage like LMC would be able to deal with this??? All the paper work signed and finance company called to say money had been put in the LMC bank my wife and I were told that we should cancel the DD on the PX car and leave everything to LMC. All was well and sorted. Why would'nt we trust them? That's their job! They are the proffessionals! We recieved a call of the PX finance company to ask were their payment was and we explain fed what had taken place. They were cool with that and asked us to chase LMC to ensure payment was made. After multiple calls to LMC we were told 'sorry for the mix up we'll fast track the payment' It took THREE WEEKS for LMC to pay the outstanding finance!! which we have now dices covered will affect our perfect credit rating for the next SEVEN YEARS!!!!! I have had my car a month now...the satnav is broken-(I have had to return the car to the main dealer)I have'nt had the handle and LMC have ruined our credit score by 100 points not doing as they promised. Would I use again ?? HELL NO!!!! Would I recommend??? HELL NO!!! This experience has not been a good one....

Anyone doing what I did /checking reviews before you part with your hard earned cash I can assure you these are just great xx I'm in Liverpool so miles away so asked RAC to check out the car I wanted ( rather lose £300) Than the £12,000 I was about to spend)!! We are ex police so we are very very careful ... They gave a really good report with just a couple of minor things ( needed air con re-gassing -some oil putting in the car) but overall clean bill of health X LMC gave me 12 mths mot and full service X Drove over 200 miles back home like a dream X Joe looked after us so well X please feel safe going to this dealership everything above board and I paid £350 for 15 months parts a labour waranty for peace of mind xx highly recommended X jackie and Bill
