What fantastic service we had today at Maple Tree Cars . Went down to look at some cars, saw the one for us . YES within 3hours it was ours. The customer service was great. Great excellent I would say it's the best service I have ever had in buying a car .

I've been driving 40 years and regret i've only just found Maple tree cars in colchester. The quality of their cars is excellent and their customer service is first class. For me to be pleased, they must be superb, because i like my cars to be perfect. I bought an all singing, all dancing cooper s all4 and on the same day, my mate bought a AMG merc, which he and his wife took straight down to the south of France and i booked mine on a rally to Italy, thats what confidence we had in the quality of their cars and service.

Purchased a vehicle from Maple Tree Cars which is a 160 mile round trip from my home however it was worth it. Callum was very helpful and once we had agreed price/trade in the deal was seamless including transferring ownership of cars. Had a repair done which they paid for, parts and labour, could not ask for better customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Friendly, cooperative, and most importantly honest.

When buying from small dealerships you worry about customer services and what if the car goes wrong well when we crossed that bridg with maple tree cars they went beyond sorting the issue's out the worked with us till the end and even took the car back with a option to change or refund the car. Over two years ago I brought a Jaguar XF from maple tree cars I had no problem with the salesman Bill and the owner Ray the time I had the car it never let me down it was a 2009 I never had any problems at all, I decided I wanted one a bit newer so I went back to see Bill and they had the car I wanted a xf jaguar auto estate just what I was looking for so I exchanged my 2009 xf car for a 2013 estate car Bill done all the paperwork making it easy for me even down to changing my personal number plates to my new car I am so glad I went back to them I recommended if you are looking for a car try Maple Tree Cars before any one else see Bill or Ray you won’t be sorry as I am one very satisfied customer and Bill makes a mean cup of tea good luck

i recently went to buy a jaguar xf , the sales man at Maple Tree Cars was the rudest man i have ever met , when i asked questions about the cars he started to argue with me , i then asked if i could go for a test drive to which he refused unless i brought the car , but he did say i could sit in it , so he unlocked the door and i had a sit in the car , but when i got out the alarm went off , so the sales man just looked out of the window at me , i then left and went to another dealer up the road who where so good i brought my jag , maple cars never to return.

Recently bought a used Skoda Octavia from Bill at Maple Tree Cars, service was second to none. There were a few items needing attention on car and all were done with Skoda parts used. Given one year warranty with the deal. Would recommend them.
