I made an appointment to view their Mercedes SLk in red with white trim. My journey was 120 miles round trip as the car was described as being a beautiful car. When I arrived I was left to look at the car but immediately saw the paintwork on the front of the car was pitted and had been resprayed very badly, the roof had been resprayed in patches, the wing was two different colours and the boot scratched. Also the interior was dirty. I expressed my concern that I had been misled and the sales person said it had not been valeted yet but would contact me back when it had. The salesman did contact me and stated that the car needed £1000 of paintwork doing so they were increasing the price by £400 to recover some of their money. Possibly the worst car viewing experience I have undertaken. Obviously I walked away.
The team here were very understanding and friendly. This was my first car and I took my dad who’s a mechanic to give it a look over. The car is still great four years later no problems whatsoever. My mum and dad have now bought there car from them too and are just as happy
I am so grateful to Marshall and Sons for helping us out before lockdown. We needed our 2nd car for my son. They were really helpful and knowledgeble and we managed to get the car just before everything lockdown. They were covid-safe and the showroom was clean and spotless. We ave got our 2nd car from Marshall and have had it for about 4 months now. Very good. Really nice running, and no issues so far. We have always found them good to deal with. Nice guys and very helpful when we wanted our 2nd car. They helped us pick and we're happy with our choice. Thanks
We got a nearly new Hyundai iX35 and it is absolutely brilliant. The additions like heated front and rear windows, heated seats, gun metal alloys etc... are a real touch of quality that I haven't had before. The guys were very helpful and the sale was very easy and pleasant. I have been in touch via email and everything has been great. I would recommend Marshall & Sons Motors.

Had an issue with my car. An independant specialist has said the car was a deathtrap. I reported this to Marshall & Sons Motors and asked them to pay for the repair costs. They simply emailed me denying it was like that when it left, despite the report i sent them. They now arent responding. I now have no option but to involve trading standards and potentially solicitors.
Just got my ml280 from marshall & sons just like to say thanks to jake for all is help and a smooth change over of cars had it a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased with it so far would go back and buy another car from them again thanks Lea & Chrissie.

Was looking for a specific Land Rover Discovery, they had one in stock that was Over the average price but it looked very tidy, was fine to pay over the odds mainly because it came with a warranty that I was assured covered all major mechanical parts, I soon came to realise that the warranty was Completely Worthless, after acouple weeks I found all sort of issues, the main one being the engine was under powered, I took it to a specialist for an inspection out of my own pocket and found the turbo was faulty, the garage told me odds are it was sold on by the previous owner due to this fault and the cost that came with repairing it, cut a long story short the warranty provider wouldn't commit to paying for Any work to be carried out, it took over a month to find a garage that would even work with them, and after all the calls and stress I came to the realisation they were not going to help at all, I've already been left £300 out of pocket on Labour with a repair bill of £2500 coming,..
Had to wait 2 weeks due to an issue on the car then out of the blue car ready, picked it up and within 2 mile same issue, now its a warranty concern, whilst waiting to get this sorted its developed another concern all within 3 days of picking this up. Still not had service or handbook......they will tell you anything for a sale.....shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation. REMEMBER legally you have up to 30 days to have a full refund no matter what they tell you !
