Bit insulted

I rang up on a Tuesday to say I liked to view a Range Rover evoque for my wife wanted to px a car and was told would be about £7k px on the book which was lower then told I would get about £8.5k as they would need to see the car. I then took the Range Rover for a test drive and was happy to do a deal and then was offered £6k for my px what an insult no communication with staff only the boss locked in the office calling the shots. Shame as went and spent my £25k elsewhere. Ps traveled for miles to see Motor 4U.
