Excellent deal and service

On Monday I drove to to Croydon (144 miles) to purchase an Outlander Phev from Motor 4U Ltd based on photo's and phone conversations. I was not disappointed, excellent price and an excellent service. My only minor complaint was the car was dusty with a few marks on the rear seats. However, as soon as I remarked on it the car was taken to the side and valeted whilst I completed the paperwork. The staff were courteous and thoughtful, providing me with refreshment after my journey whilst we did the deal. After reading the reviews I was initially dubious, however, if you do your homework and know what you want and the prices around then you know that the vehicles are priced realistically. I did my homework and therefore after an initial query regarding the possibility of wiggle room on the price I had no problem paying the asking price, I knew I was getting a bargain having researched this vehicle for 4 months. My px was exactly what the dealer quoted me when I got them to look. My advice don't expect a garage to give you a px price based on private sale prices. From experience (i change my car every 3 years) when a garage gives you a high px they are pricing the vehicle you are buying at the high end generally. Good luck car hunters and don't be put off by the negative comments. I have already recommended this garage to 2 other people and I will use them again in 3 years time if they have what i want.
