Don’t ever buy from these people at NWCH Ltd, they are aggressive and threatening when confronted.

I bought a Bmw convertible about a year ago now from NWCB. The car was keenly priced and I got a good px price on ours. The car was delivered to us (180 round trip). When it arrived it had some damage to bodywork which I noticed next day. I telephoned and 2 days later car was picked up and courtesy car left. Car was sorted and delivered back and have had no problems since. They also sorted private plate transfer.

I bought my Fiesta last year from NWCB Ltd with a 6 month warranty and so thought this was generous but to my dismay after a month of owning the car I had a noise at the rear of the car. I rang the garage to arrange the repair and agreed to leave whilst we were away on holiday for a week. We picked it up a week later only to find they had done nothing and so after being told I would have to call the warranty company then they would advice if this problem was covered. The problem was covered and I would have to re-arrange to leave it back at NWCB, not convenient at all. My boyfriend fixed it in the end as I was so fed up with the garage. Then a week later the AC stopped working after apparently fixing it at the time of purchase, which it did work for a short time. Since then I have had numerous problems with my car and again numerous phone calls and rude attitude from the staff. I would NEVER again step foot in this garage and not recommend them to anyone ever. The moral of this is the staff is unprofessional and do not care about their reputation.

Emailed to check in stock, viewed the next day, was an excellent vehicle for the price - so purchased there and then. Sales team were very informative and helpful made the purchase very simple. Followed up with warranty, handbook and curtesy email to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle after we left. Enjoyed the whole experience - highly recommend NWCB.

Saw a Peugeot 307 CC advertised on Auto Trader with NWCB whilst looking for a replacement car for my wife. During a quick phone call with Stewart (the owner) on Sunday morning he gave us the opportunity to leave a £250 holding deposit as we could not get down to view the car until the Monday morning. Having never done this before we were a bit sceptical, however our reservations where soon put to bed as Stewart was insistent that even if my wife didn’t like the colour of the steering wheel then our holding deposit would be instantly refunded. Catch well no catch apart from the fact that you must view the goods in order to reject them. The car was instantly removed from Auto Trader. We arrived on the Monday to be presented with the car with a sold sign on it and looking as good as it did in the advert. We were so glad we had left the deposit as others had been to see the car on the Sunday only to be told by Stewart and his team that the car was on hold for us. After a test drive we decided to purchase the car. It was then put into their workshop for a service and some minor paintwork. Complete with a new 12-month MOT the car was delivered, yes delivered to us on the Wednesday morning. The MOT had an advisory on it for the windscreen wipers they purchased new ones for us, this is the sort of detail and care they go to. Would highly recommend NWCB.

I have recently purchased a Porsche Cayman S through Stewart and the team at NWCB. I had spent several weeks searching for the perfect car and when I saw it on Autotrader, I was able to put on a deposit and secure the car quickly and efficiently. All email communication was prompt and all questions were answered quickly so my mind was at ease before I went to see the car. There were a few issues with the vehicle when I went to see it and they have agreed to rectify them. NWCB dont just sell cars, they also offer a very good value maintenance package which I will be taking advantage of at my next service!!!

Purchased my car from NWCB last week. Really impressed with the service from start to finish. I'm always apprehensive when making a big purchase and Richard made me feel At ease. Within minutes of seeing and test driving the vehicle , I knew I was making the right choice. Having gotten home and noticing a few minor issues ( that they couldn't have seen) I called them up and reported them, and they paid for them to be fixed. Totally recommend them to anyone and will use them again. Thanks.

After a successful purchase January 2016 I decided to go back to NWCB as I trust them... Even better service the 2nd time around. Never had a problem, always is communication and find them extremely easy to deal with. Have recommended them to a friend who also had a good experience. Understandably cars go wrong from time to time but I wouldn't let any negative reviews taint your choice if you see a car you like from this garage.
