Not impressed

Purchased car 12 months ago from Phoenix Vehicle Resales. Went to take it for MOT at well known dealership and was shown the patch work that had been done underneath the car. Oil leaks everywhere. I am having to scrap the car as that much work needs doing. I have now found out that DVLA never received any paperwork which the guys said they would send so I am not trying to sort out the mess of the car actually not being registered to me. in fairness though the paperwork could have been lost in the post!
