Bought a CLK Convertible from Quicks in Stoke on Trent, took ages on the day of collection, very slow! Car was as described as I bought this after only viewing photos. Well prepared but just enough fuel in it to get me to the nearest petrol station. After the first rain I noticed a drip of water on both sides of roof lining. This was corrected by Mercedes by re treating/ waterproofing the soft top. I was disappointed Quicks sold me the car with this problem as I'm sure it must have been noticed by the dealership staff.
Me and my girlfriend recently bought a 2008 Volvo C30 from the Quicks store in Stoke. The car was originally located in York and Quicks were happy to move it closer to us. The test drive revealed a few issues with the car. A wobble being the most severe. We were promised this would all be sorted for free before we collected the car a week later. NONE of this work had been done when we picked it up. The car had somehow passed through a service and MOT, with a severe wobble and a crack in the drivers view... very worrying. We handed the car back 2 days later, but after waiting 6 hours, found they would need it for several days. (no loan car offered) What was then supposed to take a weekend, ended up being well over 5 weeks. A month of in-accurate updates, many promised call-backs and we asked for a full refund. Inept servicing department and all around poor service from this store. Did not feel valued and the staff were very un-professional. One to avoid.
On arrival we were happy with the welcome and car selection at Quicks. We soon chose our car which was a Fiat 500. We did have a problem with the car after we took this away. This was to do with something they changed on the shock absorbers as they failed. Quicks Stoke were only to happy to take this in and have it resolved this issue promptly which you cant fault. I have out that me and my wife would recommend and would use them ourselves again was we to look for something to new

The prices are good at Quicks of Stoke thats a positive. A few things were not as positive though, i took half a day off work for the delivery of my car and it was late, not only that nut later i received a fine for speeding on the day of delivery as the person bringing it over had been caught doing over the limit. Ive left yes on for the recommend but with caution, the cars are well priced, just the service after this has a lot to be desired and is something they can work on i think

A very good experience all round with Quicks in Stoke. They drove the car down to where i live as i live a distance away, it was all on time, nothing worse than delays or not saying what they promise, 5 stars for that. A light came on in the car shortly after i had it so i called them and they asked me to run it into their local garage and sorted it out straight away. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone to use, im really happy with my BMW 1 Series
