Really great service to start, sorted me lower apr finance and did everything quickly and stress free. Can’t fault that at all. However when I arrived today I felt a little un welcomed because I had arrived 30mins late I had been doing a Covid 19 booster clinic as I work as a nurse part time on top of my main job that finished ten minutes late and then there was closures on a19 and diverted around local traffic to get to the destination ). The salesman I dealt with had come in on his day off to hand over the car and it was evident he didn’t seem pleased, which made me feel like I was just an inconvenience, which is a shame as no customer making any purchase such be made to feel like that. Felt a bit scolded that I couldn’t find the logbook, but I was prepared to pay and order a new one there and then. Such a shame as otherwise this experience would have been 5 stars for me. No matter who your customer is they should be made to feel like they aren’t an inconvenience, Maybe something to take on board in future. Don’t judge the customer because they may be the people who are in the most need of a bit of kindness at the moment after a working a very busy pandemic period! I appreciate the car though as it is beautiful, there was nothing wrong with the purchase and transaction itself and I would use again providing the service was okay.
