Bought a BMW 3series from sb autos and its an absolute dream to drive with no known issues as of yet.. Great service from the chap Simon very professional and knew his stuff when I asked questions regarding the car.. Would recommended to any one who is looking for a car.
Bought a BMW 323i from SB Autos and have had no issues with the car or the dealer , the car was sold to me as described in the advert i travelled 35 miles to look at it and it was the ideal car for me . The price of the car was reasonable in fact slightly below below book price , it came with 12 months M.O.T and full service history . Part of the grill was missing but Simon replaced it free of charge . I cannot fault this dealer in anyway and have recommended SB to my friends and family too as they live over Loughborough way .

Braught a BMW 1 series in Feb had blocked filter and oil leak dealer new about both problems as when spoke to him he straight the way new what problem was a n his favour he did remove the dbs filter but has caused my car to smell I also took my car to a local garrage the day I braught it as oil ligh on on way home. He said it had no oil in it so he put some in and we noticed then the car was also leaking oil I have told Simon blunt from sb autos of various occasions and tex but have been fully ignored so today I contacted consumer rights and I have a case against him hopefully he will fix car or refund me
I went to view a car last week at SB Autos following seeing an advert on Auto Trader. I paid a refundable deposit of £100 and Simon said that if there was anything wrong with the car, it would have been refunded. I drove the 100 miles to view and was given the keys and a set of trade plates and given directions for a test drive. As soon as I pulled away, I could hear an awful noise coming from the engine bay which was either the camshaft, cam followers, little ends or fuel pump/ injectors as there was a loud uneven knocking noise on acceleration and on the over run. Not wanting to cause damage to the car, I returned straight away. Simon was reasonable at first but when I pointed out the engine problems he said "well you can't have your deposit back as there is nothing wrong with the car at all. All Mondeo's make that noise!" He kept saying there was nothing wrong with the car but there clearly was. As a qualified mechanic and a Police vehicle examiner, I am fully able to recognise when there is an issue with a car. His behaviour emphasised that the best thing to do was to walk away. My advice? Look elsewhere. The sad thing is had Simon offered to sort the noise out, instead of saying that he was going to keep the deposit, he would have had a sale there and then. What a foolish way to act.

customer left a deposit on the car without coming to view/test the car. we always explain that a deposit is none refunable as we take the car off sale. he then turned up a week later in a car on his own so he no intention of taking the car away with him. we then had the cost of re valeting and advertising the car which we sold the following week with no faults found by the new customer who brought a friend/mechanic with him.
Brought an astra from simon at SB Autos Leicester for my son and was really pleased. Timing chain needed replacing and simon very kindly contributed towards cost. Would definitely recommend buying from him as very honest and reliable car garage.
I bought a nice Audi of Simon and after three weeks the rear wheel bearings were making a slight noise. I called simon who was so helpful and simon paid for both rear bearings to be replaced on my car. I would buy from simon any day. The customer service was next to none. If anyone wants a quality used car with the piece of mind that Simon will always do his best for the customer. This is the place to shop. Thank you simon mate Ray
I bought a car in Nov 13 and as soon as I got home the engine management light came on. Car was under warranty for engine probs for 30 days and I was speaking with Simon who said as he knew of problem he would extend warranty and he would help get the problem sorted. He helped with cost to fix one part (which I sourced and got him a discount as my brother works for big car parts company) and this by itself didn't fix the problem, after this Simon just ignored me and didn't respond to calls or emails. I am in process of taking matter further with him but I would advise to steer clear of this garage!!!

This ladies was given a full refund The fault was diagnosed by her garage and we paid for this mis diagnosed work as well as refunding her the full purchase price.
