I recently brought a car from smart car sales, they were issues with the car they picked up on before I got the car. They fixed the problems with it very promptly and informed me of all the work being undertaken. Very pleasant on the phone and both farther and son could not do enough for me, they even give me petrol money to get back home which was 140 miles away and give me money to get a full valet on my car. Thank you so much to you both, very professional and go above and beyond what they needed to do.

In my experience this car dealer is first class! I live local to Smart Car Sales and earlier this year purchased an Audi A3 S -Line Black Edition. From start to finish Shaz was very accommodating and honest. Communicating every detail, additional viewings out of normal working hours if required, when the car would be ready for collection, what more could I ask for. A couple of weeks into having my new car a problem occurred with one of the vehicles headlights, called Shaz and he said bring it back in I will get it sorted for you, this indeed he did right away he purchased a new headlight had it fitted within the week. Honest and trustworthy company to deal with highly recommend. Thank you Smart Car Sales. Shaz you are a credit to this company well done.

I’ve recently bought a cooper s from this company too. Had it just over 3 months. Major engine fault and they’re refusing to even look at it. Abusive on the phone when I reminded them of my consumer rights. Taking it to trading standards. Cowboys.
Dealt with adam, i live 250 miles out and he sent me thorough walk around videos of the car. Various other pictures and details whenever I requested them, his service must be commended. Very polite gent, can recommend Smart Car Sales. Didn't hide any information about the car like many other garages do.
If you are tempted by “Stunning 2015 Ford”; “Beautiful 11 plate Audi”; “Beautiful 2009 Honda Civic” from Smart Car Sales then beware! Always get an AA inspection before parting with any of your hard earned cash, it’s well worth the £128 (member) or £142 (non-member) for peace of mind. You just don’t know what’s hiding under the showroom shine. If you do buy a car do not pay cash – use a credit card or finance from a reputable company not via the dealer. If you have any problems with the car return it for a full refund within 3 months from the date of purchase. Take head from one who has been through the loop and is very much poorer as a result.
