Awful Customer Service
Took my 3 series to this dealer to have the Advanced Eye dash cam fitted. As I was driving home I noticed dirty marks on the trim covering the "A "Pillar. I also noticed that the trim had not been refitted correctly and there was a gap where the trim meets the roof lining. When I opened the boot I noticed a scraping noise when the boot was opened and closed. The next day I returned to the dealer, by which time the camera was no longer working. The service rep managed to fix the issue with the boot by adjusting the trim adjacent to the fuse box. He told me that the trim by the "A" pillar had been refitted correctly but I disputed this. The car went into the workshop to see why the camera was no longer working. They found that the camera had blown 2 fuses. This was due to a wire being left exposed when they fitted the camera. This caused a short circuit. After being at the dealership for about 2 hours the work was completed. The service rep simply came to me and said "it's all done, your car is outside" NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY for the fact that I had a round trip of 45 miles to return the vehicle and wasted a total of 3 hours of my time due to their errors. When I got in my car the trim by the "A" pillar had miraculously been fitted correctly with no gap at the top.
