I brought a Mercedes from Steve Sargent Cars recently, there are problems with the car but no reply from calls, emails etc, very frustrated with them but when purchasing the car they were good.

The show room at Loose Rd is now empty. So i'm assuming the company had ceased trading or gone bust. No answer from their phone and their website is down. Bad way of running a business.
The service was friendly and not at all pushy. Stuart was very patient and helped sort everything out for me. The car was ready at the agreed time and Stuart even put up with my somewhat hyper excitement. We had one small hiccup but it was sorted very fairly.
Great people to deal with. Steve and Stuart both a pleasure to deal with. I must say I have had my reservations about dealing with used car dealerships but this experience has renewed my faith somewhat. Friendly, professional and a credit to the trade. Main dealer service without main dealer prices. Would not hesitate in recommending and I will definitely be returning.
Steve Sergeant Cars were brilliant I can't fault them at all, I had to replace the battery in the car but that was taken care of under warranty and other than that the car has been a great purchase.

Steve Sargent Cars is a used car dealer in Maidstone, Kent that I can tell you provides excellent service, with helpful staff. I found my car in October and right from the start I was made to feel comfortable, always offered cup of tea, sat in a comfy office. A real friendly environment and the dealer himself took the time to talk to me and find out what i exactly wanted. I had a small issue and I took the car back and it was fixed almost instantly. I recommend this dealership when looking to buy a new car.
