Terrible customer service

The service manager is aggressive and should be working for a much less prestigious brand, I don't know maybe an one of those cheap Chinese motorbikes. My xc90 Volvo has 3 faults, the back doors don't lock, recall due to fire concerns just this Saturday and now it's broken down on the m6. All in all not what you expect from a 60k car with 32k miles on the clock. All I asked was for a hire car ? His aggression was so bad I started to record him and then he told me me get my key and get out of his workshop lol. I have had serveral issues with this volvo since taking ownership 5 months ago. The car is one thing but the dealership service is shocking, take time to travel to a better dealer who understands the expecting that come with a car like this. They didn't even try and help me find a hire car, the man needs some serious lessons on how to treat their customers. Just avoid. There are plenty of better dealers more suited to the expectations of Volvo owners.
