shoddy workman ship

Holdcroft Volvo in Stoke serviced my volvo and put bolts on front of engine drip plat cross threaded which made it sound like a boeing 747 when the air got under it the mechanic didn't give a damn nor did the management this was a new car i wouldn't pay them in washers stay away.
