No hard sales tactics

I'm very happy with the purchase of my BMW, it is such a lovely car and it is so nice to drive. The service from the sales staff was phenomenal and I was made to feel very welcome at the dealership from start to end. They did not use any of the hard sales tactics and they let me take my time looking round at the stunning cars in their showroom without watching over me all of the time.
