Everything has been spot on!

Joe is the man! I have had some bad experiences with dealership and with other cars that I have owned. My last car was a jag and we had a whole host of issues which would have cost in excess of £3K just to get back on the road let alone fix all the issues which were wrong with it. We went to Warrington, met Joe and the team, they were all really nice and easy to get on with, the whole process felt really personal and it was very easy to deal with. The are a couple little bits which need sorting on my new E-Class, little niggly electrical bits but it's been very easy to contact Lowton and they have been quick to respond and address any issues I have had, sometimes they are busy, I send an email and get a call back within an hour or so. From initial inquiry to after sales care. everything has been spot on!
