AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a LandRover Discovery Sport from Lowton Motor Company in Warrington(now called the car lounge). On arrival car wasn't ready, on viewing car many problems were present. Car wasn't cleaned, all window wipers were completely worn, tyres were barely legal, break pads and discs were in desperate need of change. Never sent logbook. Took a considerable amount of time to clear previous finance. Lack of correspondance and communication was shocking, they agreed to fix break pads and discs and pay towards a valet. Never recieved funds for valet, didn't pay gargae for the work they did and sent faulty break pads and discs to garage. EML present after 2 months, told to claim on my breakdown insurance to be repaired by Lowton. Car was faulty at the point of sale declared by Financal Ombusdmund. Still waiting for the car to be picked up by Alphera Financal Services a finance company chosen by the garage after more than a year. Car is now SORN as not fit to drive and STILL paying for the car while off road. AVOID BOTH companies at all costs if you really want to purchase car pay for an independent inspection first to make sure car is fit for purpose at point of sale!
