Repaired over a weekend

Our car broke down on the Thursday so we took it back to the dealership on Friday. It turned out it needed a new DC-DC converter and they dealt directly with the Motoring Organisation to process the warranty claim. Everything was covered and we had the car back by Monday which was great. One minor criticism is that it would’ve been really helpful if TMO could’ve assisted with a courtesy car. We’ve got a little one, so we couldn't use my van and I ended up having to sort one separately through my insurance.
