I bought a car on finance from 123 motors in Doncaster in June 2016 and from the moment I brought it home it has been nothing but trouble,, and a complete money pit!!... at the moment it is off the road again!!!... and I only just got it back two weeks ago after 7 weeks in a garage !!... because there was something wrong with it again!!...I don't trust these people at 123 Motors at ALL!!.... I am now stuck without a car and have to pay £20 pound a day for Taxi fares to work!!... and still owe two years on finance for this tin can on wheels superficial pile of rubbish - aka a so called Jaguar car. AVOID
It was alright at Used Car 123, The Vauxhall I bought was well priced. There was one slight issue with the warranty however has Used Car 123 went into liquidation about a week after I bought the car. Its been sorted now though!

How did you sort it ive had a problem with my car from the day i got it 3 months ago but no responce from them where to take it for repair.
The Volvo I bought from Used Car 123 was great value, it was the cheapest one on the market in that specific specification. I like to really detail my cars and get them immaculate and when I picked it up the car wasn't best valeted. Overall it was spot on and I would recommend!

First impressions of the dealership was its very clean and tidy. The Renault I bought was good value for money, also pretty clean. Used car 123 was recommended to me by a friend and I would also recommend them!

The Seat I bought from Used Car 123 was a really good price, you really cant beat them on price. The whole transaction went really smoothly. I couldn't really knock any of it, it was that good. I would recommend!

Bought clio totally not road worthy on used car 3 times in 1st 4 months so didnt realize had so many issues was unsafe after a supposed mot but took car to a garage and its totally unsafe needs new clutch and lots of other work steering trackrod ends bearings contacted used cars 123 and conveniently gone in administration fortunately on finance hope finance company sort issues avoid.

Same here. Issues found immediately and not taken seriously. No contact from any of the numerous directors, taken to Court and now found out they are in administration. No doubt they have already set up another garage somewhere.
My experience at Used Car 123 was superb! The car had a couple of minor issues but there just the usual wear and tear. The guys there were helpful and knowledgeable. the car was a bit overpriced though. Would recommend them though!

Everything at Used Car 123 was initially good! There did come a few issues with the Seat I bought from them. They did sort the issues out to be fair to them but it took a long time and was an inconvenience for me!

Purchased a Volvo XC70 back in June. Basically the car for its age and mileage was in more or less ok condition however two tyres were illegal, one low tread and one perished and split sidewall. Front / rear brake discs were heavily corroded and worn, brakes were dodgy to say the least.. All these faults should have resulted in MOT failure however only days before it had a new MOT showing no advisories!!! Perhaps the MOT station was in league with this corrupt car sales business. Not surprised at all they have now gone into liquidation but beware they will probably start up again under another name, leopards never change their spots!!!!

yep same here. i will forever regret this purchase. Bought a volvo c70 from them this january, 2 months down, both back brakes seized, okay that was sorted, but i had to folk out some money as the warranty didnt cover all the new parts.. now the engine light goes on, and just last week both my rear struts broke. iv put it off the road as i am now questioning where they bought these cars they sale. they are really dodgy.
I bought a Lexus IS 250 from Used Car 123.. I've had nothing but trouble since. The car broke down being delivered waited for them to fix it.. when it did arrive it was very low on oil I had to put two litres in just to make it safe to drive. Then the electrics started to play up ( that was why it broke down on delivery) at first it was thought to be the alternator at fault it was tested by an independent garage and found the alternator was not good but it had now it seems damaged the ecu ( they thought it was likely it had been jump started wrongly at some point) when used car 123 were told they blamed it on me! I should point out I'm disabled and no way would I touch it.. I also pointed out it was under warranty. They eventually agreed to have it tested and when they thought it was only the alternator the warranty people agreed to have it fixed... it when it was discovered it had damaged the ecu then it was up to me to sort it as the jump start must have happened here. Very disappointed as they were helpful over the phone and emails.. they promised to get back to me over the lack of oil issue.. by now I think you can guess not had a reply in any form. I am now perusing my money back as the car was not fit for purpose.. my advice stay well away.
