The man who said his name was Moses was actually called Mohammed - so, that was a lie. The man who finalised the sale was unfriendly and spent less than 5 minutes with us. He was clearly not interested in answering any questions or checking whether we were satisfied. He was keen on getting us out of the room once he had us sign the documents. The car had no manual or mats and we were not told about this beforehand. When we queried it later after going home we were told we could buy a manual online and this is how the car came to you!!!! Terrible customer service and clearly profit oriented and uninterested in any after sales queries. Shameful
