Neutral experience

I feel some improvements could be made to make the overall experience smoother for customers. The first issue is the lack of parking space. Due to the location of the dealership, customers have to park on the main road where there are many yellow lines and limited spaces. I believe that if V12 could free up some room, it would make the experience much safer and more convenient for customers. I also felt that the initial communication could have been better. It was quite inconsistent as several staff members were away. I think I ended up dealing with around four different people. If handovers were better organised, I believe this kind of miscommunication could be avoided. That said, everything was eventually sorted out and the manager was very helpful. I just think there are a few points of feedback worth considering to help make the customer experience more enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons.
