OVER THE MOON

I am over the moon and I can't tell you just how happy I am. I was already happy but I have only been made happier. I purchased a Transit Connect from Woodlands Van Centre and was dealing with Michael, I was already buzzing with the customer service and how I was dealt with and the van, a few days later I noticed a weird feeling at the back on the van, I spoke with someone who called me to check how the van was going, I told them, they said they would pass it over. Within 5 mins I had a call, Michael told me to bring the van in that day, I did and I got the van back the day after! I am blown away with the level of service, genuinely delighted. I think its great that this dealership follows up with calls to check your happy! It was my first dealings with Woodlands and I would always come back here! Thank you!
