Incompetent Customer Service

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would—they didn’t even deserve a star. So disconnected and unprofessional. We paid to secure the car a week ago and informed them of all the details. We thought everything was fine. After three days with no updates, we had to chase them down. About a week passed, giving them ample time to sort everything out, as we wanted to ensure everything was okay before committing to a three-hour trip to buy the car. They made all sorts of promises but didn’t follow through, and our order was mishandled with no one knowing what was going on. We had to keep chasing them for updates, as no one ever called us back. We even took two days off work to sort the car. They showed no respect for our time and didn’t care about our situation. The whole experience made us feel like we were at fault rather than valued customers. To top it off, when we finally saw the car, the Mercedes logo at the front was cracked—something they were supposed to check before collection. We called them, and again, nobody had a clue. The incompetence and lack of care at this dealership are unbelievable. We were treated terribly, and the service was far below what you’d expect from Mercedes. Avoid this place at all costs.
