I have nothing but positive praise for Newcastle BMW on barrack road. I owned 2 BMW's and Newcastle BMW have dealt with me professionally with all my recalls on my Z4 and X4. The most recent one just today for a EGR replacement part of recall. Big shout out to Sarah @ the Service Department for taking care of my wife while sorting a courtesy car for us.
