TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
GENUINELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DRIVE TO THE NEXT CLOSEST AUDI DEALER. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent service. They should genuinely be ashamed of themselves and not be allowed to work in “service” roles. Left the vehicle with the service department the night before it was booked in for work, no issues dropping the car off and leaving the key. Received a phone call the following morning saying the car had been broken into (brick thrown through the window, drivers door dented), when they then tried suggesting there was a road rage incident for someone to have followed where the car went, to then break into it five hours after it was dropped off. No further contact from the dealership until 5 o’clock in the evening where they said they wouldn’t do anything about it and that “vehicles are left are at customers own risk” and they happened to have an issue with their CCTV so are unable to provide footage to the police or us, despite numerous CCTV in operation signs around the car park. We would never have left the car with them overnight if we were told that it would’ve been left in an accessible car park AND told that their CCTV wasn’t working. Every other dealership we’ve ever used secures the vehicle overnight when they need it in for servicing, or at least informs you that they have broken CCTV or that the vehicle will be left accessible to the public overnight while they have responsibility for it and hold the key. During the phone call at 5, they then told my partner that there is nothing they will do about it (not even an offer of a courtesy car), the car can’t be moved yet and it was up to her to go through her insurance and arrange for the vehicle to be removed, and to be without the use of a car for the foreseeable future while trying to look after a five week old baby. The dealership should genuinely be ashamed of their disgusting levels of care and communication, never experienced such levels of incompetence and disrespect for common decency than the numerous issues with this branch over the last few years.
