Won't honour their word

Buyer beware! My daughter-in-law bought a lovely wee Fiesta from here, with the promise of a 30-day warranty on engine & gearbox - so when the head gasket blew on day 28 we got in touch immediately. They want none of it - refusing to honour the warranty and blaming the driver. You can always tell quality by how it acts when things go bad - so just be careful.
