brought a non VW used car online from this dealership.At nearly 30k it was not a cheap purchase,morelike my dream car.I was told the salesman couldn't find any faults with the bodywork so paid cash and picked it up.A couple of days later it threw a fault with the adaptive dampers and then I also found some poorly repaired damage to the rear end that wasnt that visible to an untrained eye like myself.Took a week and a half for them to pick it up ( 100 odd mile trip) and give me a courtesy car.After many phonecalls ( including an initial one where a salesman not connected with the sale said "used cars are sold as seen bodywork wise" almost immediately - hang your head in shame for that attitude sir) and countless emails plus my contact being on holiday and not passing the job over,I got it back.......4 weeks later that is! I had to chase this constantly and it took an official complaint to actually get a timeline.Salesman was eventually helpful and made sure the repairs were up to scratch but as for any form of compensation for my stress,anxiety and hassle with this major purchase,a tank of fuel was given which is pretty poor overall.The salesman admitted to me it looked like it had probably been in a minor shunt and should not have been supplied to me it this state in the first place.They turned my dream car into a nightmare and I am so glad I will never deal with them again.I would not recommend them personally but you pay your money and take your chance I guess.
