Terrible Car Service Experiences

I have purchased 2 EV’s from this dealership and the sales staff are really impressive and knowledgeable about their products However, for the past 3 years I have had 3 very poor experiences with service and after sales. I booked my car in using the online booking system and pay extra for a pickup and drop off. The online booking is clearly not working despite their being confirmed receipts 2 years ago person from the dealership urgently come and collect the vehicle as I phoned to ask where they were. They could not find evidence of any booking. Last year similar complaint and they damaged the our vehicle upon returning it to our home address. Therefore, it had to be repaired and inconvenienced without my vehicle. This year I booked on line in plenty of time for my car to have its service and MOT. I received an email receipt. Again, no driver turned up. I then booked direct with the dealership for the service of pickup and drop off. Again no one turned up. I am now using another provider to MOT my vehicle. I cannot rely on RRG Nissan Bury to provide this service. I must be a very unlucky customer. As I informed the service manager I will not be returning, for either a service or further sales (unfortunately). For this dealership my opinion is Sales 5 Stars Service and After Sales 0 Stars
