Poor customer service.

I bought a Lexus UX hybrid from Lexus Bolton in November ‘23 and it has failed to start 9 times. If I do not use it for 2/3 days it completely drains the battery and has since I bought it. I have now been told by RAC that they will no longer come out to me for the same fault. The mechanic from the RAC told me by last year that it was a faulty battery but Lexus having had it for a week and me with no car for that week then told me it was not the battery and they could not find a fault. After failing to start many times since then it was back in yesterday only to be now told that it is a battery fault but I have to pay for a new battery. I have been told on many occasions that they will ring back over the duration, when they have not. I have been completely misinformed and given someone else’s car diagnosis and therefore please do not buy a car from this company with arrogant staff and poor customer service.
