My car was booked in for the Ford Puma recall. Although I had to wait several weeks due to the parts not being available, not the fault of the dealer, everything on the day was carried out efficiently and professionally. I was given an estimated time of completion and was contacted at this time as soon as my car was ready for collection. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable.
