Excellent buying experience with James

Whilst searching for a suitable pre-loved car to replace my 10 year old car. I arrived at Kia Lincoln and was met by James. He showed me several KIa models but none met my criteria so looked for something different including a Toyota Yaris Cross which fitted my requirements. James gave me a full insight into the car's Hybrid system (new to me) and multitude of safety features and I was very impressed not only with the car but his extensive knowledge. As I had never driven an automatic before James was also so helpful in assuring me I would have no problem in making the transition. So it was a pleasure to be dealt with by such a friendly and knowledgeable sales executive with no pressure and James was my idea of a first class salesman,
