⭐ 1 star – Avoid at all costs DO NOT BUY FROM CARSA BOLTON. This has been the most stressful, time-wasting and infuriating experience I’ve ever had with a company. We bought a car that was sold without tax, without a logbook, and with a known suspension fault that their own technicians later admitted they were aware of before the sale. We could’ve been stopped by the police because Carsa failed to carry out the most basic legal requirements before handing over the keys. They’ve missed every deadline, ignored their own complaints procedure, and we’ve had to chase for months just to get basic responses. No one from “management” has ever contacted us. The Bolton branch either doesn’t care, doesn’t exist anymore, or is completely incompetent. We’ve lost income, had to take unpaid leave, and my wife had to cancel business appointments because of their negligence — and all they offered as a “gesture of goodwill” after 6+ months? £60. Absolutely laughable. Avoid this company like the plague. The aftercare is non-existent, the communication is dreadful, and once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own. If something goes wrong — and it very well might — don’t expect help, accountability or even basic professionalism.
