Review for MB Brent Park – Extremely Dis

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with MB Brent Park was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. Communication was poor – calls and emails often went unanswered or were returned far too late. When I did manage to speak with someone, I was met with vague responses and empty promises. The car I was shown looked decent at first glance, but closer inspection revealed issues that had clearly been hidden or downplayed. When I raised legitimate concerns, they were brushed off with attitude and defensiveness rather than any sense of accountability or willingness to resolve the problem. Their after-sales support was nonexistent. Once they had my money, they made it painfully obvious that they didn’t care about my satisfaction or whether the vehicle had any issues. I was left to deal with the aftermath completely on my own. Overall, MB Brent Park represents everything that gives used car dealers a bad name. If you’re considering doing business with them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, time, and potential financial loss. There are far more honest and reliable dealerships out there.
