Bought a Ford Puma from Mansfield Perrys. Had to take it back within the first 3 weeks for minor repair and when I picked it back up and got home I noticed they had torn my rubber seal around my passenger door which I took AGAIN to be fix. I took out tyre and trim protection which was £300 on top of my car purchase, I’ve had a flat tyre for a week now.phoned them emailed them and no call back.. So I’ve phoned the complainant department. Finally after a week they’ve just emailed me after I’ve complained I have to wait another day just to be booked in,I also have to take it in ( Bare in mind it has a puncher and flat as a pancake). I’ve asked for a refund??? As it would of been quicker to have taken it to my local garage and would of been back on road same day. I would never ever recommend Mansfield Perrys. Quick enough to take my money but not to fix it. Biggest mistake of my life. I’ll wait on my reply about refund which I have no faith in hearing back any time soon. Stephenie Russ
