Misrepresented Vehicle,Specs Don’t Match

I purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan from JMC Used Cars Ltd. in August 2024, advertised as a 2.0 TSI SE DSG 4WD. I later discovered it is actually a 1.4 SE TSI 2WD — a significant downgrade in both performance and value. I raised the issue with the dealer, but the compensation offered (£200) is far below what is fair, and the situation remains unresolved. I would caution anyone considering buying from this dealership to check all specifications carefully, as my experience shows that the vehicle may not match the advertised description.
