Darren’s a lazy man.

Mercedes Chelmsford. I bought a car from Darren. During the sale he did make efforts to sweeten the deal by adding in several insurance and cover items . This includes alloy and wheel cover with there care+ scheme. On the day of collection the car wasn’t ready I was informed it had to be moted still and have a service so had to wait till closing time the next day. Darren rushed me out the day with my new car it was only when I got home and tried to tax it errors occurred. It had been taxed under another type of tax I can’t tell you what it was. So had to once again go back. Credit to the staff who were in luckily for Darren it was his day of the slimy weasel . But me and the staff had to go to a Royal Mail post office to sort it out. Which really should have been done. I was also missing all the interior items. Owners manual. Fast forward a year and I have my mot nd my tire is flagged as red yet I passed my mot at the time. They quoted me 189 as price however I informed them I was under there care+ wheel alloy cover. Now when I say not a single person in the garage knew this was a thing I mean it . Ellie had no idea what I was talking about, which is an insane joke how can you sell me something and act like it doesn’t exist. Eventually I got through to someone who gave me a number to call. Nether the less I was covered and informed to inform my Mercedes garage who would sort it out for me. Yet once again even after showing them, and also showing them my receipt it took 2 hours for them to agree that the did provide this service but to change it and have one tire changed would take several days. I agreed to this. Now hears where it gets interesting after a hour I got another call my tire was fine road legal and there wasn’t a puncture. So I collected my car. But I still don’t understand how to days earlier I was told I’d have to change it as it was a danger. But when it’s them who has to sort it it’s not dangerous enough. Make it make sense
