Absolutely awful customer experience
I've been driving Toyota's for 10 years but this latest service and interaction has been absolutely awful. Firstly they decided to change my first name to Anna and send me correspondence addressed to 'Anna' and then they booked me in for MOT and service and offered me extras. I have a service plan agreement which always included a car clean and vacuum and they never advised that this was no longer provided while i was paying my £28 every month. They offered me other items and I asked for a new front windscreen wiper. They asked for any other info and i said my name is not ANNA please correct your records. They totally ignored eversything. Didnt fit a new windscreen wiper but included it on an MOT fail! Failed the car on a leaking front boot which has been leaking at every service and MOT and service since i had this car 4 years ago. On top of that one of the staff is someone i used to work with who then completely ignored me, looked through me as if she didn't know me and yet not only have I never fallen out with her, her recent wedding photos came up on my facebook !! Talk about rude. Why would i ever want to go back to Toyota Bradley, Wrexham? The only saving grace was a member of staff in the carpark who was lovely and helpful.
